Deborah Munhoz MS, PCC

As a Certified Physician Development Coach™, and facilitator I am committed to helping physicians and health care leaders align with their personal values and strengths to be more resilient and have greater influence and lasting impact.

Being your authentic self, doing work that you love and reflects your values, effective communication and compassionate leadership are keys to resolve the dilemma:

“How do we serve patients, staff and stakeholders while being innovative, collaborative and resilient?”

As a successful home infusion pharmacy owner for 18 years, I experienced the results achieved when interdisciplinary teams focus on a common vision. My mission today is creating sustainable and equitable healthcare cultures through personal and leadership development, effective communication and vision led teams.

The area of specialty that most touches my heart is women leaders living up to their highest potential.

Deborah earned a master’s degree in Health Sciences Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and a Certified Physician Development Coach (CPDC) through the Physician Coaching Institute.

Deborah has served as a Medical Society Wellness Program coach, trainer and consultant in Oregon, California and Texas since 2012.

Shandy Welch FNP

As a physician leadership coach, I am driven to help you see that your success is rooted in the stories you tell yourself and your perspective. Merging the art and passion for medicine with current business requires a skill of leadership, civility, communication, and empathy.

I spent twenty years as a clinical nurse practitioner and program administrator /director at a large medical system. My primary goal is humanizing health care through empowerment, best practice, leadership, and team development.

The power of perspective, attitude, and perseverance have never become more apparent when you are diagnosed with cancer. Through the lens of a caregiver and a patient’s eyes, I will introduce a way of thinking, leading, communicating, and experiencing adversity in ways that promote growth, appreciation, and might I say excitement!

Shandy holds a B.A. from Lewis & Clark College in psychology, a B.S. and Masters in nursing/family nurse practitioner from Regis College, and a coaching certification. Her guiding tenant: don’t forget humanity amid technology.
