As a successful home infusion pharmacy owner for 18 years, I experienced the results achieved when interdisciplinary teams focus on a common vision. Deborah earned a master’s degree in Health Sciences Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and a Certified Physician Development Coach (CPDC) through the Physician Coaching Institute.
Deborah has served as a Medical Society Wellness Program coach, trainer and consultant in Oregon, California and Texas since 2012.
