The Oregon Wellness Program (OWP) includes three county medical societies: Central Oregon Medical Society (COMS); Lane County Medical Society (LCMS); Marion Polk County Medical Society (MPCMS).

Current participating health systems (Subscribers) include: Asante, Blue Mountain Hospital District, Eastern Oregon IPA, Good Shepherd Health Care System, Grand Ronde Hospital, Inc., Greater Oregon Behavioral Health, Inc., Harney District Hospital, Lake Health District, Legacy, Morrow County Health District, OHSU, Permanente Dental Associates, Providence/Oregon Region, St. Alphonsus Health System, Inc., St. Anthony Hospital, St. Charles Health System, Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center, Wallowa Memorial Hospital, and Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic. These systems provide financial support to the OWP as an investment in the wellness of their medical staffs.

Asante, Legacy, Permanente Dental Associates, Providence/Oregon Region, St. Charles Health System and Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center provide funds directed to client services for their respective “medical staffs.” Legacy allows a portion of its funds to be used to develop the state-wide system. OHSU does the same; but authorizes its funds to support services to clients who are not part of a “medical staff” or who choose not to identify a “medical staff” affiliation.

Eastern Oregon Coordinated Care Organization, PacificSource Foundation and the Portland IPA (Patrons) have provided grants to support the OWP client services and program expansion.
