Approach
If you’ve experienced a distressing medical event or procedure—personally or professionally—it can stay with you in ways that are hard to shake. I use a gentle but effective somatic approach to help the body and mind resolve that impact, often making it easier to get through your workday within just three sessions. You’ll leave with tools that you can continue using on your own.
As a therapist who has supported many physicians, dentists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, I understand compassion fatigue, the invisible toll of moral distress, the strain these experiences place on relationships, and the particular pressure faced by women navigating professional roles in healthcare. My approach combines Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and EFT Tapping, creating space for relief, insight, and self-compassion.
Healing begins when we can turn toward our experience with curiosity rather than judgment or fear. Even brief, focused work can help restore your sense of calm, confidence, and connection—to yourself, your loved ones, and what drew you into the healing professions in the first place.
