The Oregon Wellness Program (OWP) services allow for complete privacy and confidentiality. Services are chosen by the client and may be in person or by telemedicine in some areas. The website provides a menu for all the providers. Visits are generally available within three business days and scheduling an appointment requires no personal information. The appointments are free of charge. No diagnosis is reported to third parties and no insurance is billed. No information is disclosed to others without written consent.
