Erin Keller, is a therapist in private practice, with an emphasis on treating stress, burnout, and the effects of trauma. Erin helps providers address their unique experiences. She provides practical strategies for getting unstuck, and moving life forward. Using, behaviorism, mindfulness, somatic therapy and EMDR, Erin tailors treatment to meet individual needs, goals and preferences.
Erin has a background in community mental health, and has worked as a therapist on two DBT teams. Erin also served as a clinical supervisor, and as the Chief of the Residential Rehabilitation and Treatment Program (RRTP) for the Veteran’s Administration in White City, Oregon. Erin has completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR,) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT,) Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD (CPT,) Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT,) and Mindfulness. She is currently completing a 2-year certification program in Focusing Oriented Therapy, a mindfulness and somatic modality.
